Please note that we are currently unable to ship any orders outside of the UK. Any orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
CLICK AND COLLECT
The collection point for all Click and Collect orders is Hallmark Cards, 4 Townsend Place, Kingswinford, DY6 9JL. There is a pay and display car park at the rear or on street parking in nearby roads. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
- Order by 12:30pm Mon-Fri for same day collection from 4pm
- Order after 12:30pm Mon-Thurs for next day collection from 9am.
- Orders received after 12:30pm on Friday will be available for collection from 9am on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
- Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be available for collection from 10am on the next working day.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will not be despatched until the following Monday.
- Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next normal working day.
- Delivery times to remote parts of Scotland and to non-mainland addresses may take longer to arrive.
What happens if you are not at home when the delivery is made?
If you are out when the postman calls, he will try and leave your parcel with a neighbour instead of taking it back to the delivery office. By completing a short form at your local Royal Mail delivery office you can nominate which neighbour you would like the postman to try first. If your nominated neighbour is not available the postman will try to leave it with another neighbour.
They will post a ‘Something for you’ card through your letter box to let you know.
If you would prefer not to have any items delivered to a neighbour you can opt out.
If there is no-one to leave the parcel with it will be returned to the delivery office and a note will be posted through your door giving you options as to how you can have it re-delivered at a more suitable time or when you can collect it in person.
You can opt out completely from having your parcels left with a neighbour by displaying a sticker to that effect which you can obtain by visiting the Royal Mail website.
What if my parcel has not arrived?
If your parcel has not arrived after 5 working days we recommend you contact your local delivery office who will hold parcels they have been unable to delivery for about 2 weeks. If you have not received your parcel within 15 days please contact us on 01384 210 401 (Mon-Fri 9a.m-5.30p.m.) or email us at email@example.com. At this point, Royal Mail will consider the item as missing and their security team will investigate.
